Back when I first joined SF, Binding Blade was the cool game to hate, but that changed a fair bit since some runs and highly regarded FE runners have said good things about it. I was one of the people who was kind of speaking against the dislike of it as well, but I didn't really have that much of an impact I personally regard it as one of the more difficult FE's and fun to play while having said difficulty. FE6 HM makes you think quite a bit, but quite a few people are turned off by certain things like the character balance, axes being less than stellar, and the map designs being larger than usual. Also Path of Radiance for those people who like pure gameplay is regarded as one of the slowest and easiest games in the series. (its one of my favorites despite this though, my Mother and I played PoR quite a bit). Also Ike becoming popular in recent years has led some to lash against it more to show their dislike for him.
