baticeer Posted April 16, 2017 Share Posted April 16, 2017 I want to link my Nintendo account to Heroes so I can get the rewards, but every time I press "Create/Link Nintendo Account" the app simply goes to a blank white screen and then freezes there forever. Has anyone else had similar problems? I am wondering if this is something worth sending in a bug report or complaint about. (I'm on an iPhone BTW.) JJ48 Posted April 17, 2017 Share Posted April 17, 2017 That sounds rather odd. I would definitely send a bug report to Customer Support to request help with the issue. Unless absolutely necessary, DO NOT UNINSTALL/REINSTALL THE GAME WITHOUT HAVING LINKED YOUR ACCOUNT!!! After linking your account, you can reinstall at will and still keep all your progress. Before you link, though, you will lose EVERYTHING if you reinstall. Hopefully Support will either be able to help you link without having to reinstall.
