Should I marry takumi or kaden?

Corrin's Sky Knight talent will be a bit redundant for Kiragi, as they'll only gain 1 new promoted class. But on the plus side, send Kiragi (and Kana) to Kinshi and they'll get Sky Knight skills as they level too (and Kana will get Archer skills too thanks to daddy Takumi). Kaden will give Kitsune to Kana, and though that isn't a great class, Even Better and Savage Blow both have some synergy with Kana's personal skill and Dragonstone tanking if you go that route. Sky Knight won't help Selkie much- she's already mega fast, so Darting Blow isn't need, but she'll be a stronger and more mobile anti-mage unit than she starts as.

In terms of caps modifiers. Both Takumi and Kaden give +1 Str and Lck, but Kaden gives -3 Skl, +2 Spd, -2 Def, +2 Res. While Takumi gives +3 Skl, -2 Spd, -2 Res.

For growths, both Selkie and Kiragi are going to like the extra Strength from Corrin, and both have plenty of Luck, so there are absolutely no problems with your Boon/Bane. For Kana, Takumi gives 2.5% more HP than Kaden does, but Kaden gives 2.5% more Strength, Kaden also results in a Kana with a little more Magic growth, but even with Kaden your Kana should be focused on physically attacking instead of using its weakened Magic stat. Takumi gives a whopping 17.5% more Skill than Kaden, but this isn't the most important of stats. Kaden gives an extra 2.5% in Speed and Luck, as well as an extra 10% in Resistance. The two give the same amount of Defense.

Kiragi is the better child character between him and Selkie, but if you want the other to turn out well too, you should just reserve them one of the other good mothers (Kagero, Oboro and Hinoka (though incest forbids TakumixHinoka) would constitute the best physical moms).

My conclusion: If you want a better Kana, go with Kaden. If you want a better non-Kana child, go with Takumi.

Thanks, that was really helpful
