Their response was basically "this is out of stock and we don't know if we'll get it back in. Also there are no notifications or waitlists so sorry!" Guess I'm going to have to check obsessively... ITS BEEN FIXED. Cipher set 9 was "sold out" for like a few hours but it was because they were changing it from "Pre-Release" to "Released" Cipher set 1-8 dissapeared because they needed to add the new "Clear file" item bonus.
