That's a lot of songs up there. Insert filler sentence here. I'm on vacation and I kinda wanna not be doing this? But I'm here, so I might as well make it as painless as possible.

First death: Hen.

Dear acidphoenix,

You are playing under the alias “Hen.”

You are a cake with an axe in it.

maxresdefault.jpg

Yeah, that’s all you gave me to work with. I’m assuming you’re just your typical dessert pastry, which just happens to have a logger’s tool embedded deep within your frosted layers. I suppose you’re presumably filled with malevolence, given that it’s EIMM. Still, it seems there’s not very much to you as a character… or is there?

...nah.

Your abilities are as follows:

Onions and Ogres (Passive): Layers. The joke is layers. You begin the game with 3 BPVs due to your thick, delicious layers.

The Axe Is Not A Lie (Active): An axe is a potent weapon, even when one lacks the appendages that would ordinarily be required to wield one. Target opponent will take damage equivalent to a single shot under the might of your powerful axe. Additionally, this shot will slice through any protection the target is receiving. The axe is stuck in there pretty deep, though; you may not use this ability if you have more than one BPV remaining.

You win when you are one of the final three players remaining.

RIP acidphoenix. Won your own lottery, it seems.

Next up: Ridicule.

Dear chen,

You are playing under the alias “ridicule.”

latest?cb=20130613171923&path-prefix=pro

You are Madotsuki, the protagonist of Yume Nikki. It’s unknown if Madotsuki is your real name, because the entire game takes place inside of your dream. You’re one of the only characters with a concrete name, as it is your dream. Everyone else is just a side character, right? You can equip various effects to manipulate the NPCs, of which the Knife Effect is the fan-favorite.

I’m the Only Real One (Active): Being the only player-controlled character, you’re the only one (besides Monoe, Monoko and Medamaude) to have a concrete name. Every other character was given a name by the fandom. However, as the PC, you are the fandom. Trippy. Once per game, you may respond to your role PM “<alias> is bad”. This will forcibly eject the player from that alias, reveal the player to you, and allow you to rename them any alias you wish. The old alias will remain on the alias list, and the new alias will be added to the alias list. This ability is effective the moment the hosts see your PM, as the fandom waits for no man.

The Power of the Wiki (Active): No one can resist searching up information on the wiki. Unless you’re a god of some sort. Once per night, you may respond to your role PM “Search up activity of <alias>”. You will track that alias to all of their targets, with different results for shot and action. However, you will not see the actions they use upon their target.

Wikia PMs (Active): Because you control the fandom, you also control the Wikia of your fandom. Once per alt-night, you may send any alias an anonymous message.

You win when you are one of the last three standing.

RIP Chen.

Next up: Vangelis.

Dear Monde,

You are playing under the alias “Vangelis.”

sesame-street-video-app-volume7_58287-96

You are playing as the mundane, yellow Muppet, Bert, from the popular children’s TV Show, Sesame Street! You’re a boring character, who has an interesting fondness for pigeons. Furthermore, you have very odd hobbies including collecting paper clips and bottle caps. Similar to your more popular partner, Ernie, you have a companion that you hold dear to you. Your pet Pigeon, Bernice. Intriguingly, you also own a pair of goldfish, similar to Elmo, named Lyle and Talbot.

Doin’ the Pigeon (Active) Your fascinating fixation on pigeons is so strong, that you created a song for them. Your signature one-hit single, “Doin’ the Pigeon”, has made people realize that they should make an effort in conserving pigeons! Once per game, you may reply to your role PM: “Doin’ the Pigeon.” You will be on look out for where everyone’s guns are pointed to protect all pigeons from being shot. Since you are very detail-oriented and organize, you will be able to see who every alias is shooting the night you reply in real time. This action cannot be role blocked. After using this action, any of your shots that leads to the death of your target, they will see your dance in their dying breaths.

Left-Handed (Passive) Little does anybody know, you’re actually a left-handed Muppet. Most everyone in EIMM happen to be right-handed individuals. A majority of shotblockers are taught to block shots that come out of a right-handed individual. Therefore, you have a minor advantage of being able to shoot with your left-hand instead. This allows you to avoid getting shot blocked!

You win if you are one of the final three players remaining.

RIP Monde.

Next up: BroGamer

Dear Prims,

You are playing under the alias “BroGamer”.

[I LITERALLY CAN'T FIND A PICTURE ASDF]

You are the Queen of Hearts from some random rhythm game you linked to us. Presumably, you’re pretty good with music, right? Right. That wasn’t a question you needed to answer. Your pitch is probably perfect, and you’re probably an idol who can do everything. You’re attractive enough to be an idol, at least.

On Beat (Passive/Active): You need to be on beat to beat the game. Each night, if you manage to shoot successfully, you will be so confident that you’ll turn up the volume and be able shoot two people the next night.

Blasting The Music (Active): Your music is so loud and so good that it makes people forget that their BPV broke. You may respond to your role PM each night “Turning up the volume for <alias>” to preserve up to two BPV on that alias.

You win when you are one of the last three standing.

RIP Prims.

Next up: rssp1

Dear rssp1,

You are playing under the alias “AMERICA 2”...I mean, “Eagle 2.”

rufflet_by_xous54-d3fv6jm.png

You are the Eaglet Pokemon, Rufflet. Like a true American—I mean, Unovan!—you want everything quick, fast and easy. Because you want to get stronger quickly, you fight foes who are bigger than yourself and act with extreme aggression. Although many Pokedex entries make statements that your diet consists of berries, you are actually an omnivore; the newest Pokedex entry explains that you are more of a carnivore than a herbivore. You are also a highly praised avian within the Bulba community. In fact, you’re worshipped religiously by a user named rssp1! While you’re no Great Bird Spirit, you are a spiritual vessel that can help others achieve higher planes of existence.

praiserufflets (Active): Since you are Rufflet, and rssp1 is the High Priest of your cult, you shall grant powers to all who celebrate your name! Throughout the game, the word of your greatness shall spread to many individuals, and you will bring salvation to all who answer your call. You may reply to your role PM “Bestow the blessing of Rufflet upon <alias>” to grant them a motivation for the next night. They must chant “praiserufflets” 5 times during the night phase in any chat with more than half of the players and the hosts in order to redeem this motivation the next night. There will be no sign if they successfully Praised Rufflet, as this is a matter of true faith.

Blasphemy (Passive): If anyone dares praise any Pokemon other than Rufflet, or speak of the praising of Rufflets in a disrespectful way, they will be met with severe consequences. Any form of blasphemy towards the holy name of Rufflet shalt be roleblocked. Any cult member caught praising a Pokemon other than Rufflet or are caught committing an act of sacrilege will be forcibly ejected from your cult.

Surveillance (Passive): The power of Rufflet compels you. Rufflet grants you the ability to see any traitorous intention by any of your cult members. You will passively avoid any shots directed your way by anyone in your cult.

You win if you can get 70% of the alive players to praise rufflet or are one of the final 3 players remaining.

RIP rssp1. Or, as the rest of the game would put it, good riddance.

Next up: Who is Jiac?? (the world will never know)

Dear SB,

You are playing under the alias “Who is Jiac??”

You are Castform, the Weather Pokemon.

250px-351Castform.png

A typically fairly useless Pokemon, you made your debut at the Hoenn Region’s Weather Institute, where you served as a bit of a MacGuffin for a pointless Team Aqua/Magma (idr which one it is in Emerald and I can’t be bothered to check) excursion. You DID manage to return with a vengeance in Pokemon Sun and Moon, creating a deadly combination with the Totem Lurantis, but all in all you’re still just the weird weather dude from the weird weather region.

You possess the following abilities:

Weather Wars (Active): You’re going to be abusing the shit out of your weather-manipulating abilities this game - not like anyone else was using it! Each night, you may choose to use Rain Dance, Sunny Day, or Hail. Doing so will change the weather for the following night. The current weather will be publicly announced at the start of each cycle.

Weather Ball (Passive): Your shot has additional effects depending on the current weather:

-Rain: Your shot cannot be blocked or redirected.

-Sun: Your shot also acts as a delayed shotblock.

-Hail: Your shot also acts as a delayed non-shot roleblock.

Forecast (Passive): Your type changes to reflect the current weather, which grants you additional benefits:

-Rain: You become a Water type. Any defensive role on you is guaranteed to succeed. This overrides shots that would otherwise be unblockable.

-Sun: You become a Fire type. Anyone who shoots you is shotblocked the following cycle.

-Hail: You become an Ice type. Anyone targeting you with an ability is non-shot roleblocked the following cycle.

You win if you are one of the final three players remaining.

RIP, SB.

Next up: Gunner.

Dear Toren,

You are playing under the alias “Gunner.”

Oswaldneworleans.jpg

You are the former United States Marine who was “responsible” for the assassination of John F. Kennedy, Lee Harvey Oswald. Although you were accused of murdering JFK, there are several conspiracy theories suggesting that you were simply a scapegoat used by the CIA to cover up the killing of JFK. Despite murdering JFK, you did like him because of his advocation for civil rights; nevertheless, you despised his decision to invade the Bay of Pigs in Cuba, primarily because you believed in communism. Hell, you went so far as to nearly commit suicide because the Soviet Union denied your request for citizenship! You are no stranger to using aliases either, having forged the name “Alek J. Hidell” back when you worked in a photo lab. You used this name to purchase the supposed rifle that killed John F. Kennedy, and your wife even told authorities that you chose this alias because “Hidell” resembled “Fidel” in Fidel Castro’s name! As such, it is appropriate for you to work under a new, “less transparent” alias.

Once per game, you may pull out the supposed rifle that killed John F. Kennedy. Clearly, you’re a smart individual and aimed for the head, where no BPV can protect you. In fact, it was a very effective strategy at eliminating JFK! You may reply to your role PM: “Assassinate <Alias>”. Your shot will ignore Bullet Proof Vests, because you aimed for the head. Truly, people are dumb for not realizing that people don’t wear Bullet Proof Helmets.

Your pride for communism is almost contagious. Although you are a proletariat, here in EIMM, you are the bourgeoisie. You will rise above your comrades and create a classless society! Once per game, you may reply to your Role PM: “SOCIALISM”. The second you reply “SOCIALISM” it is effective immediately (Please don’t do it at the end of the phase lol). All BPVs in the game will be re-distributed evenly to every user, but we will round down because we all know socialism doesn’t actually work! You will even get your own copypasta post on the thread and the USSR National Anthem playing! Everybody wins! Just like how socialism intended.

Ex. If the average BPV count is 2, and you have 0 and another guy has 4. Everyone will have 2 BPVs.

(Passive) During your visit to Moscow, you requested for citizenship into the Soviet Union. In your request for citizenship you wrote: “I want citizenship because I am a communist and a worker. I have lived in a decadent capitalist society where the workers are slaves.” However, you were denied your request, causing you to write a suicide note stating: “I am shocked!! My dreams! My fondest dreams are shattered because of a petty official.” At 7:00 PM, you continued. “I decide to end it! Soak rist in cold water to numb the pain. Than slash my left wrist.” You were found unconscious in your bathtub shortly afterwards and were rushed to the hospital. Days later, Russian officials changed their minds and allowed you to stay in the country! From this, we understand that you are a very strong man to survive a suicide attempt. Even your nickname in the marines—“Oswaldovich”— screamed “strong man,” although it was only given to you because of your interest in socialism.

Once during the game, any fatal blow (shot with 0 BPVs) that befalls you will not instantly kill you. However, it will force you to idle all actions and shots for 2 nights and you cannot be targeted by any beneficial actions (BPV, Motivated etc.) except getting doctored. Your death will be stalled until this 2 night idle phase ends, after that you die from your injuries. However, you will survive if you get doctored during that 2 night idle phase. If you get shot during your idle phase, you will be killed that night, even if you are doctored.

You win if you are one the last three players alive.

RIP Toren. I didn't make this one, I swear.

Next up: SupFam, who was modkilled for idling.

Dear Ullar,

You are playing under the alias “SupFam”.

PZO9481-PoppetCloth_360.jpeg

You are Buddy. You are some sort of ghost creature that just wants to be friends with people and get more buddies. Unfortunately, cults don’t go over well in the post-game so sorry Buddy.

BUDDY IS YOUR FRIEND. HE IS HERE TO BE YOUR BUDDY. HE WAS ONCE A DOLL, BUT THEN GRAMPA GAVE HIM LIFE. BUDDY LOVED GRAMPA. SO HE TRIED TO LEARN MAGIC TO MAKE GRAMPA A THING LIKE BUDDY TOO, SO HE WOULD BE WITH BUDDY FOREVER. IT WENT WRONG THOUGH, AND NOW GRAMPA IS DEAD. SO BUDDY'S LOOKING FOR MORE FRIENDS TO MAKE INTO NEW BUDDYS. BUDDY THINKS IT WILL GO WELL (Passive): You just want to be friends, is that too hard to ask? Apparently it is. If someone shoots you, you will be notified of their alias and identity as a player.

Where Is Grampa? (Active): Poor thing, you lost your parent figure. But at least you have magic now! Each night, you may target a player to obtain a one-shot copy of anything they may have used that night.

Reanimated Life (Active): You just want more buddies. Once per game, you may spawn an alias to help you on your quest! However, since your magic isn’t that strong, this Buddy won’t be fully aware. This Buddy will take a single shot of damage before it dies. While it is spawned, you may redirect up to two shots to it.

You win if you are one of the last three players alive.

RIP Ullar.

And finally: Song.

Dear Zeonth,

You are playing under the alias “Song.”

maxresdefault.jpg

You are Shinichi Izumi and Migi from Parasyte! Originally just a parasite and a wimpy 17 year-old, once you bonded together to fight the other parasites. I haven’t actually watched Parasyte and this is blatantly spoilering it for me. You started to lose your emotions because of the parasite and the murder. However, you recovered your emotions at someone’s funeral. I forget.

Parasyte (Active): You’re allied with a parasite and are a parasite. But you’re killing other parasites. What? You (Migi) persuaded your owner to work with coexist and cooperate with you. Once per night, you may respond to your role PM “Hey, <alias> should work with me”. You will be able to redirect their active, if they have any, to another alias of your choice.

Losing Emotions (Passive): You (Shinichi) don’t behave or feel like a normal human anymore. As such, all investigative roles will fail on you. In addition, you cannot be redirected. However, you can still be blocked.

Initially Weak (Passive): You (Shinichi) started out weak. As such, you will start with 1 BPV. However, the more you kill, the stronger you become. If you use your Parasyte ability on a person and kill them the same night twice, you will gain a BPV. This can be done for up to 3 BPVs, after which you hit your glass ceiling because the game needs to be balanced.

You win if you are one of the last 3 standing.

RIP Zeonth.

Feels a bit more roomy in here, doesn't it?

Results PMs are going out now.

Let's get this started, boysh, PSA time:

Einto gains an unblockable high priority shot if enough people show her affection (this role works similar to rssp's, except it doesn't require a public chat or even to be in conversation with mods, she can screenshot it and show  it to them). Unless you are kirsche or Makaze, this is not in your interests. Regardless of what these people tell you, they do not care about you. Trusting them is a one way ticket to getting yourself killed

Isn't this fun?

Isn't this what life's all about?

Isn't this a dream come true?

Isn't this a nightmare, too?

Paperblade is wrong. I have not shot anyone who made a deal with me, and have done my best to protect people who helped me.

It's when you're threatening me or those I care about that something happens.

All results are out. Contact a host if you feel you should have gotten something that you didn't.

Night 3 will be a longer than ususal phase due to the hosts' collective schedules. Deadline is 7/20 at 11 PM CDT (just under 48 hours from when I called phase end).
