The accessory you got from Hubert in his Forging Bonds event was a book with the exact same design as in the comic and is put on your head in the exact same way as in the comic. While Jakob and Corrin have the personalities to pull off the same stunt, we haven't yet had a Forging Bonds event with Jakob, so there isn't an accessory that he would be able to do this with.
