Kurrin Report post Posted December 3, 2017 I don't know why the Speed penalty from Brave Weapons is included in their calculations for IVs. Stats can't go below 0. You'd have to remove the Brave Lance to see what Donnel's Speed stat actually is in order to get a correct reading on his IVs.
