I actually got into around when SSB4 was being hyped and wanted to try all the games the characters were from, and got Awakening and instantly fell in love... My dad took me to GameStop to buy a game for my 3DS, but on one condition: it couldn't be a platformer like I usually got. I found a copy of Awakening, bought it, and after a couple days of gameplay, I fell in love with the game, as well as the franchise as a whole.
