Emperor_Siegfried Posted January 4, 2019 Share Posted January 4, 2019 If you use it to change the past or future you technically would because you wouldn't have a present you came from to return to. If you're only using it for sightseeing though, you wouldn't if you chose to come back to the exact moment where you came from. If you do want to have time to use it though, just set your time destination ahead by about a minute of where you were before and then you'll have time to use it. As for the bodybuilders, it was probably left in under the same reasoning for cross dressing. People complain about there only being two songs on Midgar in Ultimate, but why isn't anybody bringing up Flat Zone X and why it only has two songs?
