The latter is typically for when people are so hard-coded into a certain opinion that they consider it fact. For instance, if I were to say that Marianne being the best character in Three Houses was an objective fact, that would fall under the third definition. Anyone who agrees with that statement would then further prove my point, because my belief that Marianne is the best character in Three Houses is technically my opinion, and therefore subjective. BotW needed a minimalistic soundtrack to establish the tone and atmosphere of Hyrule in that game.
