Spoiler

Still, the fun of this thread is seeing what other's can create from limited information.

Btw this thread is really cool and I might draw some of these characters later.

Go right ahead! All I'd ask is to share them with us when you're done.

Kind hearted, always wearing a smile but also quite airheaded and clueless on the battlefield, which constantly puts others in danger.

That sounds really cool. I like the fact that we're using random character building formulas, and it may result in a pretty good character here and there.

It's fun, I enjoy improv type stuff like this.

Of course!

Edit: Also, Jago's backstory is almost 100% similar to a story I'm currently writing which I thought was interesting.

Abandoned by her biological parents due to them fearing her immense magical prowess, she was picked up by a kind village woman. As she grew older, the danger of her powers began to become more apparent. Fearing the worst her foster family tried to kill her. Traumatized and without understanding, she unleashed her powers and killed them. Without a family and uncontrollable powers, she stayed in the village a little bit before being forcibly driven out by the villagers. For years, she aimlessly wandered the land in search of a place to call home but was ostracized at every turn and eventually found herself employed by the opposing kingdom’s military where she is recruited by the main character because of his somewhat warm and accepting aura and kind demeanor.

A snarky and snide young noble lady with a secret sweet (both literally, she likes candy, and figuratively) side. Dislikes her father because of his actions.

Always having been a playful child she ran around outside castle and liked to play with the commoners' children as well as noble children, and grew to not be as distant from the common people as most lords and ladies. When the duke of another kingdom visited their castle they always brought the finest sweets and pastries, and Sonata loved them so much especially when she shared them with her friends and family as well.  She also always a very bright girl too, and could be very prideful sometimes with just about anyone.

When her father started taking military actions for the sake of other Houses, and it ended up costing the lives of the common people and brought grief and horror to the land. The way she was it was that her Father didn't have to take action, if he just stopped being so submissive to their other Houses and lords, and so she grew to despise him. She always mocked him in a witty fashion whenever they talked, and she continues this manor of behavior with other people she dislikes as well.

She joins your army because she feels she is being hypocritical to despise her father's action, but not doing anything as a noble lady to help the people she is in favor of, whom are the commoners she knew as a child.

She and her family lived secluded in the woods on the far off outskirts of a nearby village. Her father was a hunter and she would often go hunting with him where she would learn all kinds of things about nature and animals. One day while she was out collecting herbs and spices for her scent collection, she came across an injured pegasus. She nursed it back to health and inevitably befriended the winged creature whom she named ryder.

As the war began to escalate, she left home to aid in the war effort where she meets the main lord. She later joins him due to orders.

A young former thief who thinks he's the most famous assassin around. Has only done two jobs: Poisoning a noble, and tracking down and Poisoning the leader of a minor group of thieves. Very Naive, confident, and  kind of a wuss.

Early on in his life, when scavenging for food and pickpocketing for coin, he accidentally wandered into a street brawl. It was there that he was slashed across the face with a knife, giving him a permanent scar. Despite being knocked out, he believed the scar looked bada--, and that it meant it was time to take his next step in manhood. He gave himself the nickname "Scar" and worked towards becoming a better thief. He was always overconfident in his abilities, but he did legitimately grow more skilled in his "trade."

Years later, a disgruntled servant of a lowly noble was unjustifiably fired. This being the last straw for him, the servant looked for anyone who would kill his former master discretely for a small amount of money. Scar took up the offer, and was provided with poison by the servant as a hint to avoid needless bloodshed. The assassination as a whole went remarkably well for a first attempt, with the noble appearing to have convincingly died of food poisoning, and only one of the guards had noticed that someone had been in or around the building, with said guard only noticing that the suspicious person had a facial scar. Scar, however, believed that this meant we was a top-tier assassin, and soon developed a fondness for using poison on his targets.

Later, a mob boss had lost a gang war with a group of rival thieves. After meeting Scar by happenstance, the mob boss tricked the young lad into assassinating his rival by telling him that his feat with the noble was well-known throughout the criminal underworld, and that his fame and respect would be boosted by taking the job. Again, the assassination was a success, but many of the thieves used the smallest of Scars mistakes to track his location. As they made their move to avenge their former boss, it just so happened that Scar had a run-in with a certain lord...
