Strategy

- This map is pretty unfriendly to Enemy Phase and Emblem teams in general.

- You need to go extremely fast to not lose your footing. Strong Player Phase units are recommended.

I am thinking my armor emblem team of BK, H!Henry, C!Robin and C!Chrom will do well on this one, but I can always mix my team up if I need to.

I'm curious as to what type of enemies we'll face. Since it's probably Sacaen themed, I'm guessing we'll see mounted archers and fast sword users

I can imagine all those bow cavalry that spawn in are BH!Lyns running Brave Bow and Firesweep Bow.

LOTW!Lyn is pretty benign though.

They will all have Swift Mulagir and Laws of Sacae just to be extra obnoxious. And Close Counter in their Sacred Seal slot because hax.

Might as well have them spawn BB!Lyn with Black Luna too on top of the usual Pain-Wrathful Staff-Dazzling Staff-Savage Blow-Savage Blow.

And you got to survive the map for 20 turns without being able to use Light's Blessing.

 People of Sacae don't mess around, I may need to bring wolf or raven user.

They are there to penalize poorer players who cannot afford better phones (and Orbs) by overheating the phone and slowing things down to a miserable crawl. Hostile design at its finest.

I hope this isn't a spawn map, I liked the ones where it is a puzzle with all the units OP as they may be visible.

They should make the UI like Tetris with a "next reinforcement" box in the corner that can be tapped to show all of the remaining reinforcements.

That is a great idea you should send as feedback.  As it is now, usually if going in blind, you can only really learn by repetition...trial and error.

With the important challenge maps now made free of stamina to play, I think that's less of a concern now. I've certainly seen myself get lazy enough to just field a team blind and make things up as I go, changing skills and actions around each time I fail because it comes with no consequence.

(That's ignoring the fact that stamina restores are so plentiful, stamina may as well be free anyways.)

Yeah that they cost zero stamina now is a godsend, there is no pressure now.  The big thing is, as you said, you can just field different teams/skills try out whatever and not feel like you are 'wasting' anything.  I guess this also gives the devs more freedom to make the maps more challenging, as long as they are still beatable by the majority of the community and by many unit combinations.

Seriously though, I'm expecting some powerful mages and/or Raven tomes. Lyn herself won't be able to do anything to Matthew without those buffs. If she can I'll just use Rogue Dagger+ [DEF].

Yeah, more realistically, they may have something like Hector with Armads-Wary Fighter-Quick Riposte combo and Eliwood with Galeforce-Lunge shenanigans just to fuck with us using our own meta builds.

But for that particular combo I'll just run Lilina and nuke all three of them.
