Rezzy
Gold man is the scariest enemy here, so Xander will take him out. Partnering with Nina gives Laslow just enough movement to reach this last maid. Laslow is coming along nicely, but his Defense seems a bit low. This guy looks like a good candidate to refill Odin's HP. Forrest tops him off the rest of the way. In the ruins of our fallen buildings, we take out the rest of the first wave of enemies. Just as we finish them off, a new group of reinforcements appear to the south. Oh wait, we missed one. Selena seems to alternate between great and awful level-ups. Forrest weakens the new enemies with the Fire Orb, leaving them ripe for the picking. Xander gets a level-up I forgot to screenshot, but I think he got Strength, Skill, and Luck or something like that. Elise works on her Tome rank. Odin grabs enough XP to level up again. Forrest also needs to get above E rank in Tomes. While we were working on the southern reinforcements, the fresh enemies from our east and west have been making a beeline for the throne. We don't want them stealing our chair, so we need to move up there quickly. Xander works on the western group. Has I been more familiar with this map, I might have moved my archers over here earlier. Thankfully, Niles Res is so high he can attack these guys unscathed. Nina finishes him off. Elise takes out the next one, giving her a level-up. Thankfully, it seems the enemies all want to swarm Odin on the throne, who is probably the best equipped to handle them all in one turn. Rezzi gets enough paired XP to level up herself. Oh yes! That's a skill I've been waiting for! We try to give Nina the last kill, since she's the last unpromoted unit we have. Castle Invasion Two Complete! Deaths: None New Units: None Hey, we managed to keep Lilith alive this time. I foresee a long productive life ahead of her. As long as we keep her safe in our castle, she's pretty well defended. Favouritism or not, Odin's proving he can do something this whole time. True, but even favoritism can only take you so far. Speaking of favoritism, we have some Seals to use. We make Nina an Adventurer to give us another Healing option. We also pull the trigger on making Camilla a Wyvern Lord. Level 15 is a long way off to wait, and we have more than enough Tome units now. We have several stat boosters still lying around, and now that we've recruited most of our units, it's about time we use them, so they're not just collecting dust. The biggest choice here was giving Odin our last pair of Boots. We also give Camilla an Arms Scroll, since we need some units to be able to use something above E rank Lances. Rezzy
I added a new poll question. I plan to use Xander, but all the eligible bachelorettes are on the bench. So I shall ask the audience. First we have yes vs no. If the No votes win, we shall not grind for his support. If there are more Yes than no, combining all the Yes votes, the girl with the most shall become the next queen of Nohr. 1 hour ago, DisobeyedCargo said: I will defenilty be using Odin when I playthrough conquest on normal casual cause in nowhere near as you ill probably do hard casual with a few children units cause why not Thanks, you flatter me. Rezzy
Since we have an extra Master Seal, we will go pick up Kana before moving on with the main story. Sandy blond haired Kana is having a fun day in his Deeprealm. Why do we leave our kids here again? They get attacked every other day, and we never see the people who are allegedly keeping them safe. Rezzi's mommy senses are tingling, and she rushes to Kana's aid. Ophelia, Nina, Forrest, Soleil, I thought they might have gotten attacked, but never you. Daddy Garon would be so proud! In my version of the story, Rezzi should always be like this. While we're still working with limited deployment slots, we're trying to keep a varied team and level our guys more or less evenly. Rezzy
To start, we pair up most of our units and send them into the groups of enemies that they can use WTA against. The most troublesome group are the Pegasus Knights to the south, who will swarm us if we don't take care of them early. Selena doubles up with Niles to face the Tome and Sword guys to the west. Beruka and Camilla team up to face the spearmen to the southeast. What's this? Beruka leveled Strength? It must be my lucky day. Forrest and Ophelia pair up with their parents to take out the archers to the northeast, and Forrest gets a very nice level-up. On enemy phase, Beruka tanks the lances down south. Ouch, that 1% crit was not fun. And so ends my deathless streak. Live by the exact damage, die by the exact damage. RIP Beruka Chapter 10-Paralogue 2. In her hubris, she leveled Strength, only for the RNG gods to strike her down for her folly. @Vaximillian

The Roger The Paladin
Is it a good thing or a bad thing we can't see how deaths affect characters in this game? I can seriously imagine Camilla flipping out over this. Might even send Leo off the deep end. And what about Forrest and Gazak, who have lost the mother they barely knew? Rezzy
Camilla avenges her fallen retainer. Forrest dodges the last Archer and clears that corner of the map, save the Shrine Maiden, who we will leave there for now. Selena tanks the speedy Swordmaster, who is a bit of a pain, here. If my math was correct, Soleil should have enough HP to take on all these Pegs. Nice level up. It would have been nice to dodge at least one of those, but she survives. Beruka going down hurts us a bit, and Ophelia comes in to help out, getting up a nice level-up in doing so. Leo tags in to help clear these guys out. Once we deal with this first wave, this map becomes a lot easier. Camilla whacks someone with a stick. We forgo trying to kill the Swordmaster and instead just go for his flunkies. Getting rid of this guy will make us feel a lot better. And now the last one. Let's just heal Soleil up a bit, shall we? We'll let Selena tank the enemies a bit. I dub thee Mr Annoying. Camilla enjoys hitting people with a stick and leveling up. Elise is still chugging alone with the E Tome. And a nice level for Selena. Soleil comes over to kill this annoying pest. And this healer must die for keeping him alive. We move south to take out the last of the initial enemies. A decent level-up for Leo and Azura. Our map is now mostly clear. And we then get reinforcements, who are our reason for leaving one of the healers alive. They plan capture our son, so we can't have that. We need to send them to our dungeon. I think Echoes had character reactions at the end of maps you lost units in, so maybe they'll do more in the future. Camilla temporarily loses her mind and starts beating the enemy with a stick. Leo and Gazak's mother is Azura in this playthrough, so they're spared the pain of loss. Niles lost his wife, though, and Nina lost her mother, but she wasn't fielded this map. 5 minutes ago, Levant Mir Celestia said: Iono about you, but there's only one price that fits that affront - being sent away in a body bag.
