Hello! I had a question regarding first time users posting and replying. Is it normal to have to wait a certain amount of time before your can post/reply again? If so, is there any way to have that not happen, like asking a moderator for an upgrade or something. I am asking because I was confused about the process, no shade intended :).

Yes, and established members have it as well. An attempt to prevent double posting from a bad connection and also a way to fight spam. But sometimes spam bots get in anyway...
