I think having some kind of visual representation for all this would help, as it looks rather complicated.

Your Magic system would also be easier to follow if you had some visual demonstrating how effectiveness works.  How is Nature distinguished from the classical elements like Fire, Ice, etc.?  Is it plantlife control, like Leo's Brynhildr tome?

I would also recommend listing the movement types of every class.

If you're interested, here's the class list for my game, Sanctaea Chronicles: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1kV5m69vDvYW0xwVeCnBpKVq5WIBSc-0kM9jhH6Irf08/edit?usp=sharing

As you can see I'm more a proponent of simpler class systems that don't overwhelm people.

Right, i should put a visual presentation however i'm not proficient with spiritng and such, same thing goes with the magic system. I will also take the time to list the movement types of each class!

It doesn't even require good spriting skills, not yet at least.  For now it will suffice just to draw the icons for each element in MS Paint and illustrate with icons and arrows what's strong against what.

Lance's not beating swords would mess a lot of Fire Emblem players up. Also why doesn't the Musketeer use firearms?
