Changing fighters who play similar to another (Echoes included)

Just as the topic says, you can change fighters who play similar to an existing fighter (Echoes especially).

 

Dark Samus (loosely based on Assist Trophy)

Jab: Bullet Spray

Down-Smash: Phazon Tentacles

Neutral-B: Phazon Shot; charges like Samus's Neutral-B, but sends out one small shot, two small shots, and then THREE small shots upon full charge.

Down-B: Split; Dark Samus splits herself into two to dodge attacks. The real DS is identified by the players market, and the fake one explodes upon taking enough damage.

Final Smash: Metroid Prime; basically the same as Mr. Game & Watch's Octopus, but with a small twist.

Some of her moves can spray Phazon onto opponents, which damages over time and can net in extra damage, kind of like ink.

 

Chrom

Down-B: Pavise; same pose as counter, but instead grants a one-hit super armor.

Side-B: Awakening Aether; functions as it should, press B once and then press it again when a hit lands to heal yourself. Additional damage is healed when you get a KO.

Final Smash: A Broken Heart; Chrom’s confession portrait appears and he says “You’re too good for me…”, and then stabs where your heart is as you’re sent flying across the screen. Dr. Mario (loosely based off Kirby’s Doctor ability)

Neutral-B: Pill Bopper; Dr. Mario fires one capsule with a press, two with a short charge, and three with a long charge.

Down-B: Science Lab; Dr. Mario has three different bottles with each a different element. Red shoots a fire pillar above; blue surrounds Dr. Mario in a swirl of ice; and yellow tosses electric orbs around him.

Up-B: Doctor Punch; has three elemental effects. Fire hits repeatedly; ice freezes any enemies that fall when Dr. Mario leaves the ground; and thunder deals extreme upper knockback when Dr. Mario is already in the air.

Down-Air: Bandage Spin; It’s Mario Tornado, but with bandages that have a wider hit box.

Neutral-Air: Pharmacy; Dr. Mario summons three pills that fly in random directions downward.

Up-Air: Spray Medicine; Dr. Mario sprays a potion straight above him.

Dash: Clipboard Dash; this speaks for itself, just run up and smacks someone with a clipboard.

Final Smash: Dr. Miracle; Dr. Mario fires pills above him that grow as they come back down, instantly KO’ing fighters they come in contact with who are over 100%.

 

Young Link (based off Majora’s Mask version, meaning he wields the sword and shield SEE WHAT I DID THERE from the same game.

Side-B: Goron Mask; YL dons the Goron mask and rolls around (with the the ability to turn) for about four seconds.

Up-B; Deku Mask; YL dons the Deku Mask and flies up a long distance. During this time, you can press A to fire Deku Nuts.

Down-B: Zora Mask; YL dons the Zora Mask and throws his boomerang fins around him.

Final Smash: Fierce Deity; basically the Triforce Slash, but with the Fierce Deity Mask.

I like adding the masks to Young Link but taking the bombs and boomerang away is too much. Why not have the masks operate like Monado Arts instead? Hold B and then push a direction to pick a mask.

The final smash you added for Chrom is funny but also unserious sounding so I think it's better left for memes.

I'm going to take the seemingly-obvious loophole for what it's worth and change a main fighter (like Mario or Simon). I'll also participate in the Echo change.

Mario:
Neutral-B: His fireballs are slower but deal more damage than normal.
Side-B: Mario throws his hat, which boomerangs back to him. If it's attacked while traveling, it's destroyed and will regenerate. If it hits a fighter, it turns them around. If it hits a ranged attack, it absorbs it and heals him for a fixed amount. If it hits an item, it brings it back to him.
Down-B: F.L.U.D.D. no longer has to be charged, but now has a delay when it's used. You can use this time to freely point what direction the water will fire towards, and you can also slightly change the direction while it's firing.

Luigi:
Neutral B: His fireballs are faster and bounce farther than Mario's, but they deal less damage than normal.
Down-B: Luigi takes out the Poltergust and has it start sucking in the direction it's used. Luigi can slowly walk (forwards or backwards, the latter of which he doesn't change direction for) while he is vacuuming. If he sucks in an item, his vacuum shoots out water and pushes back any items/attacks/enemies touched by the water. If he sucks in a melee attack, it shoots out fire for the same effect as a Fire Flower, but shorter (but also travels a bit upwards). If he sucks in a ranged attack, he shoots out ice that has the same effect as a Freezie, but doesn't have nearly as much knockback as the item).
Side-A: Instead of flailing his arms while he runs, he instead shuffles his feet while he runs. This will launch fighters upwards. If he uses this while in the air, its knockback becomes a side-meteor effect that hits multiple times (think Yoshi) but the knockback is reduced somewhat.
Final Smash: Luigi dashes and grabs forward. If he misses, the Smash ends prematurely. If it connects to an enemy fighter, Luigi throws the enemy off-stage (without KOing) to an area where many Luigis run in a tsunami-like fashion at the fighter. The fighter takes damage before the Luigis combine into one giant Luigi, squashing the fighter and returning them to the stage where they take knockback.
