Tiki is a story+gameplay archetype, Est is strictly gameplay, and they aren't mutually exclusive (like Jagen+Gotoh are). There's not enough information about the war phase to definitively say, one way or the other, a lack of Est. Everyone jumping right to 'there isn't one' isn't basing it off of known game information at this moment. Will we get recruits late game: almost certainly.
