Unfortunately you might be out of luck there, the way they were added externally means you would need to find someone that ripped a rom from one of the game carts with these promotional prizes, and unfortunately these were rare enough that I do not know if that ever occurred, and even then there would probably be technical difficulties getting a translation patch to work with it.
