Fabulously Olivier Posted July 31, 2019 Share Posted July 31, 2019 (edited) I thought I'd post the Post-Three Houses thread fairly early to accommodate those who are speed running Three Houses. I'm just entering the time skip now and have at least met all of the students. This is the sequel to the pre-Houses favorite character of each class here, and it will be fun to see how the students of Fodlan stack up. I've also made a few rule changes to keep things interesting and simplify things: Spoiler All trainees can be voted for in the trainee category or in any class that they have the potential to become. That means that students from Fodlan could be placed in pretty much any category, but I'm sure most will stick to canon classes in this regard. Soldiers/halberdiers and armored knights are combined into one category because of the tragically low number of soldier class characters in this franchise, coupled with the confusion about Lukas/Forsyth counting as both by a technicality. Nomads will consitute both cavaliers and archers due to their low population and shared characteristics with both, as well as potential crossover in Fodlan and Tellius. Dragon laguz combined with manaketes due to the low number of both. And it gives me the ability to not vote for any dragon lolis. Royal beasts and non-royal beasts combined due to the low number of both. Fighters/warriors combined with pirates/berserkers due to the low number of pirates/bandits/berserkers. Priests, troubadours, and monks have been combined into one category. Maids/butlers have been moved into the healer category. Due to the reduced number of categories (and the fiercer competition that results from that), you're now entitled to (1) favorite, (2) runner ups, and (1) least favorite per category. The categories will include the following. See the spoilers for clarifications on the criteria for each category. Lord Spoiler Includes Marth, Alm, Celica, Sigurd, Seliph, Leif, Roy, Lyn, Hector, Eliwood, Eirika, Ephraim, Ike, Elincia, Micaiah, Chrom, Lucina, Rowan, Lianna, Alfonse, Shareena, Edelgard, Claude, Dmitri, and Rhea. Does not include the Fates royals like Camilla and Ryoma, as they have regular classes. Does not include the Avatars. Avatar Spoiler Includes Kris, Robin, Corrin, Byleth, Kirin, and Mark. Trainee Spoiler Includes every type of trainee - commoners, nobles, villagers, wayfarers, etc. All trainees can also be voted for in any class category that it is possible to make them. Cavalier Spoiler Includes paladins, great knights, bow knights, nomads, rangers, gold knights, etc. Knight Spoiler Includes knights, generals, soldiers, halberdiers, etc. Myrmidon Spoiler Includes myrmidons, samurai, swordmasters, etc. Characters like Navarre who function like Myrmidons but are labelled as Mercenaries can be voted for in either category. Mercenary Spoiler Includes mercenaries, heroes, etc. Fighter Spoiler Includes fighters, warriors, pirates, bandits, berserkers, oni savages, etc. Archer Spoiler Also includes Ballistician, apothecary, and nomad/bow knight. Mage Spoiler Anyone who uses primarily elemental magic. Includes mages, diviners, etc. Shaman Spoiler Anyone who uses primarily dark magic. Includes shamans, druids, dark mages, dark bishops, etc. Healer Spoiler Anyone who primarily uses staves or light magic. Includes priests, clerics, bishops, troubadours, butlers, and maids. Thief Spoiler Anyone who steals things. Their weapon type is irrelevant. Includes thieves, rogues, assassins, adventurers, etc. Pegasus Knight Spoiler Includes pegasus knights, kinshi knights, dark fliers, and all other similar classes. Excludes Elincia, who constitutes a Lord. Wyvern Rider Spoiler Includes wyvern riders, wyvern lords, malig knights, wyvern knights, and any other similar classes. Excludes Claude, who constitutes a Lord. Dragons Spoiler Includes Manaketes and Dragon Laguz, as well as Xane. Beasts Spoiler Includes Taguel, Kitsune, Wolfskin, beast laguz, and bird laguz, both royal and non-royal. Does not include herons, which constitute dancers. I didn't notice Halberdiers in the Knight section, that is my bad. It always felt werid how some games have two infantry sword and axe classes, but not one lance equilivant.
