DefyingFates
I've seen some interesting discussion regarding this, so figured it would be nice to give it its own thread. So, what do you think? What niches would you like to see filled in the current Class list and in which tiers? Discuss away!
B.Leu
-A Max class from Shining Force. Let me summon a laser from a satellite from SPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACE. -A female War Master. I'll make Hilda even more of a creature of violence and pinkness, but I don't care. Anything for ora-ora and muda-muda and dora-dora for female. -I really liked the Fates-version of Fates. It's basically a buffer hero. (Okay, the Ike costume helped.) -A better Mortal Savant, a Dread Fighter, I dunno. -I wonder if it'll be a good idea to have Dark Flier or Malig knight or things from the same wood. -And armored class that can use magic because Edelgard Emperor can't freaking use magic. -I Half-expect a new unique class for Byleth. Dunno why. Maybe because the Lord have two and Byleth only have one. -Deep down, I just want some class that could solve the problems the 'very bad class have'. You have five second to tell me it's probably impossible. 😛

The next four are Master Classes. A Dark Flier - or Holy Flier, just any flier with magic. A unisex Brawler. Bonus points if it also has a lance focus so we can have an Infantry Lance class in the Master Tier. A male/ unisex alternative to the Gremory. A Sage, perhaps? A better Class for sword users. Perhaps one that focuses on White Magic with Uses x2 instead of Mortal Savant's Reason and Black Tomefaire? That would be a neat contrasting option, but most swordies don't care for magic. Could be neat with Byleth though.

ZeManaphy
Malig Knight over Dark Falcon, since Wyverns can be ridden by any gender. A female class that can specialize gauntlets would be nice, since all advanced class gauntlet classes are Male only.
Fabulously Olivier
Vanguard - master version of Hero. Skills are Swordfaire, Axefaire, and Vantage. Halberdier - master infantry lance, secondary requirement in swords. Skills are Lancefaire, Lance Crit +10, and Bunker (doubled benefits from defensive terrain). Sage - Master infantry magic user, leaning more into white magic and gauntlets, with Opening Strike (deal an additional 20% of Magic as damage with first hit with Gauntlets), Healing +10, and Physic. Druid - Master infantry magic user with axes. Black Tomefaire, Dark Tomefaire, and Axefaire. Yes, they are all infantry. Yes, that's intentional. Cavalry is in a good place. Fliers are in a great place and do NOT need a magic class. The above classes provide infantry class options for all weapon types, and they also ensure a magical combination for every melee weapon type (except gauntlets, if you ignore Byleth's unique class). Altrosa
A magical flyer is my biggest wish, preferably unisex. I saw the lack of a lance infantry unit at that level as another suggestion, and seconding the female war master. Male units need something to balance Gremory, but with Dark Mages being male locked, a master class version to finish that line off could work. BakanGin
Griffon Rider- Only reason is because we only ever saw them in awakening. Valkyrie- Basically female war master but is efficient in lances and brawling. Dark Flier- To make fliers even more op then before, is that not the fun of dlc classes? Halbedier- Lance needs a mastery class that isnt flying or for a random skillset Trueblade- making swordmasters have a final class
Kiran_
Literally just a unisex flying (dragon) magic class. That's all I want/need. I want to cast Thoron from atop my dragon, thanks. Preferably with Swordefaire, cause I love my swords. And maybe a male version of Gremory (why is it genderlocked again?). Otherwise I think the other classes cover everything else. Maybe not traditionally, but you can technically make any class you want. We have a swordmaster final class (bonus points cause it has magic), and also a dismounted Paladin (or Dark Knight) makes a great infantry lance (plus magic), so positive. The only thing missing is the fact that there's no flying class that can use magic.
Arachnofiend
One thing that'd be kind of neat would be a Gauntlet/Faith version of Mortal Savant - I'd call it Monk but that's already taken. It'd solve the issue of there being no gauntlet classes women can take without just making War Master again. We also really need a Halberdier, probably as an endgame viable Advanced Class rather than a Master Class.

That said, i am not really interested on new clasees because whit how WL is, they are just going to be flavour options or so broken they eclipse everything else. I just really hope we don get a flying magic user for obvious reason, or an armored magic user because it would be better than any foot caster unless they give it 3 movement, wich would be painful to play. Stroud
I don't want a dark falcon or a Malic Knight. What I want is a flying unisex Witch. Canto -> Teleportation. Has the same effects only with Pass added. And a little Movement buff through Magic.
PPPPPPP270
I want a mounted mage class in advanced tier to make it better to upgrade from advanced to dark knight or holy knight if you want that for some reason. Mage knight and troubadour class would make sense. Make the requirements easy enough to get like B reason/faith and B riding. Mage knight- canto black tomefaire. Mastery: Dire (brave attack combat art with the cost of a selected tome). Troubadour- canto +10 healing. As for a master tier I just want a real sword class upgrade or at the very least make the mortal savant not nuke your speed growth and have better bases. Cysx
A female gauntlet class with magic access. It'd be cool. And not just a single one, but one for each tier. A swordfaire class with 7 move and great speed, probably dread fighter. Give the swordies a break already. An armored class with magic could be fun. An axefaire infantry class that focuses on strength/speed and has awful Dex. So Berserker basically. Sure, put in Hallebardier. 6 move and above average stat mods. ... and yeah, we probably need a magic flier. But then we'd also need magic flying battalions. The game has zero of those at the moment. Fire Brand
Archsage, for male mages. Basically a male version of Gremory. Lancer/Sentinel, infantry Lance class. Shaman, female dark magic class. Baron, magic/axe/armor. Valkyrie, Sword/Flying/White Magic
Jandopo
- Griffon knight, I wanted it since I saw the Kingdom banner. - Flier with magic, bonus if it has proficiency in Faith. - Armored knight with magic, bonus if it has proficiency in Reason. - Infantry with lance proficiency. - An assassin successor. - Male Gremory. - Female War Mater. Carter
I'd wanna see a male/female of the current gender-locked classes, and also a Dark Falcon!!
Shanty Pete's 1st Mate
Color Guard. An Intermediate Class that requires C Authority. A rally specialist who carries a banner into battle. 5 move and balanced stats, aside from high Charm. Can wield spells at half-count (like Nobles/Commoners). Class Skill is Rally Spectrum (+1/+2 to each stat, see meal boosts). Mastery gives Distant Rally (can Rally one target at 1-5 range, rather than just 1-range). Colonel. An Advanced class that requires A Authority. A decorated leader who can direct any batallion. 6 move, and similar stat spread (albeit higher) and spell situation as before. Class Skills are Batallion Boost (doubles the stat effects of the equipped batallion) and Gambit + 1 (get an additional use of any gambit per map), while Mastery gives an equippable (and, yes, stackable) Gambit + 1. Erosword
I would add wife and husband as a class. Joke class. Master skill would be like: 6 figure job or stay at home parent. 6 figure job allows you to increase gold reward at the end of the battle. Does not stack with another unit with same skill. Stay at home parent. When not used in combat, unit will experience exp growth based on the amount of tv they watched.
Arachnofiend
Kind of sad how many of these suggestions are just "class that already exists, but without the gender lock". I'll admit that it irked me when there were male pegasus knights in Fates but they went way overboard with the genderlocking in Three Houses even by my standards, and it's clearly been a very unpopular decision among the community to do it at all. Well it's not surprising. They gender-locked classes as a form of forced versatility, when in truth it only limited the options more. Opposite effect than intended probably. Sid Starkiller
I've been thinking about it, and other than a flying mage of some kind, I'd honestly rather they rebalance the existing ones. And for f***'s sake LET ARMORED LORD AND EMPEROR USE MAGIC!
