Anacybele Posted March 3, 2020 Share Posted March 3, 2020 (edited) Yeah, so I'm unable to evolve Woobat and get Swoobat and its Pokedex entry. You have to get 50 Woobat candies and have it travel 1km with you. I did all this and I still cannot evolve it. I've had it follow me for 2km. It seems that whatever Pokemon was following you stops if you close the app. It remains your buddy, but you have to tap play again in order for it to start following you again.
