so finn was on the other side of chapter 3 than bridigid and now they are lovers what happened

They have an extremely fast love gain because of how little time they have together (Brigid only joins one castle before Finn leaves , so they start with 180 with a passive +10 per turn with 500 needed to marry). You have to be playing the first part of that chapter a bit fast to even be able to get Finn and Brigid to fall in love even after waiting the 50 turns of love growth. If you recruited Brigid on/before turn 18 and wait till 50 this will happen, in fact Tailtu has the same base and growth as Brigid, but apparently Brigid wins the love tie in this case.

Units gain a certain amount of passive love points by simply being outside the castle on the same map, and they gain an additional 5 if they end the turn adjacent to each-other (and the jealousy system can cause those 5 to go to other people depending on the jealousy formation). Even if they are on opposite sides of the map they still gain those passive love points, as long as they are on the map (and part of the same army. Note the +5 from being adjacent is gained even if they are from different armies, but that is probably a programing oversight). Finn has a massive +10 passive love point gain per turn by simply being on the same map as her (presumably to make it possible for them to marry despite how little time they have together).
