First Hard Mode Run

Done it a ton a normal, it is one of my favorites, but have not ever done a hard run. Usually I plan for 12 units to 20/20 plus Ike and Elincia. Is this still feasible on hard? Or do I need to adjust due to less enemy exp?

Don't know if 12 to 20/20 is realistic or necessary.  Ike should be able to do it on his own.  Everyone else can deal with it via their own stats.

If you're trying to maximize bxp for RD you can probably get 8 characters or so to 20/20. You can get a few more by boss/bxp abusing. If it's not a transfer run then don't worry about it. Playing through PoR casually I only ever get fliers to 20/20.

Oh snap. I guess I was thinking transfer run. Damn only 8 on hard? Im used to all that normal exp I guess. I can usually squeeze in about 12. Not a transfer run so Ill just play normally then.

You probably can't get 12 units, but you can try to get max bexp, like completing chapter 10 undetected, and not killing any laguz in chapter 15, and you should be able to get... 8-9 units maybe? Unless you're planning to max out Titania... I can't believe I'm saying this but I recommend using her as little as possible. Hard mode is not particularly challenging, so if you play your cards right you might be able to get.... yeah, 9 units seems about right. Maybe 10, but don't quote me on that.
