They're free and one of the fellows who did recordings for multiple stories is actually a pretty good narrator. The ones recorded by Phil Chenevert. It applies mostly to the DLC, which can add up to five characters to the roster, so you don't have enough Discs to put Learning on every one of them. One will always be without it and that one will have to stay in the party at all times if you want to keep everyone levelled. It looks that way at first, but it's actually easier than you might think. Not to mention it's fun. At least to me it was. One other heads up: some of the higher ranked quests require you to beat monsters that only appear through the Scout system. I don't think any of those are needed for the quests listed here, but just to be sure. Each dungeon has one or two miniboss-type enemies that can appear through scouting, and their names are shown with a red icon on the "what enemies are in this dungeon?" screen when you select it once you discovered them. I remember running into that battle for the first time... hoo boy, that was rough. Mostly because it took me completely by surprise. I was level 90-something, I think? But it's still more powerful than even the strongest weapons you can obtain otherwise, even the DLC ones going purely off its raw attack power. And it has full combo slots for all three categories.
