Sayaka and Mami are needed for healing, and they can't heal themselves, so you'll want them both alive. Kyoko is the closest one to being disposable, but her ability to create walls is quite valuable in the game's open maps. For those who don't know, it's a really nice, colorful, innocent little indie RPG. I recommend it to everyone. Especially the faint of heart, this game will cure you. I play it at night because it's a great game to relax with, to prepare to go to sleep. It is soothing.
