Though I think some emulators like Dolphin do make running these "emulators in a game format" a priority, somewhat. Since PSX2PSP has an extraction option, you can actually get a PSX ISO out of an EBOOT. Though only for custom EBOOTs and some older official ones, I think. Online says press F5 to save and F7 to load but F7 doesn't load for me, instead it turns on airplane mode.
