At last, done with Ch7! I only had to reset once by the end since Cyltan crit and killed Korval before I could get that Composite Bow.

...Hopefully that is the full extent of their interest in Marvelous. The fears of a later "phase two" when China's government-connected corporate giant starts outright taking over foreign companies remain in the back of my mind. A little more national confidence from another decade of economic growth and Western decline, cause China to start treating international companies (and countries) as little Hong Kongs/tributary barbarians. That is my concern.

Nice to see someone else has had fun with the indie steampunk strategy game.

And I agree on Billy. The bot made to go against of the tide of guns and smash things with his fists drowns in the current. You can't punch what isn't reachable.

Image & Form have in the past week stated they intend to continue with the SteamWorld series, Heist 2 is hopefully in the pipeline.

Mostly on their on own 1st-party games. There are non-shovelware titles that go on sale with monthly regularity on Nintendo systems. Probably nothing as amazing as Steam, but I'd chalk the willingness to sale on Nintendo systems as much to the particular company as Nintendo itself.

The rewind feature also means that stupid casino level is no longer a problem. Though I must say I am amazed just how many bosses there are in that thing.

Still, that whole dice gimmick was really not a good idea.

I have not perfected my alchemy yet, so I have my doubts that I will be able to join the Eight Immortals and the Queen Mother of the West. The last Warring States was late-1800s until the late 1940s, so the current dynasty will certainly outlive me. I very much doubt that this one will end up going the way of the Jin, Sima or Jurchen.

Eh, but what can you the lone individual do? I might as well find a pleasant bamboo grove where I can live, hook up a WiFi router, grab some solar panels to power it, and keep exchanging messages with everyone here. Such is the way of the Dao.

Well here's the thing: in general, most people have only played Xenoblade. 

While Xenogears is available on the PS3 and Vita stores, Xenosaga is completely locked to the PS2 and if you're in Europe, it's even worse because the only Xenosaga game that Europe got was Episode II a.k.a the worst one.

Of course, emulation exists but some people really do insist on playing it by legal means.

I haven't played Xenosaga or Xenogears, I watched the former's cutscenes and I wouldn't know how to emulate Xenogears. I'm a fake Xeno fan because I really only played Xenoblade 1 and 2, plus Torna and FC (though I did buy XC1 twice if that counts for anything). I got X when it released but haven't played it much, maybe I'll get to it eventually. My first avatar was based on Noel Vermillion so the lack of a chest slider was most lamented. Aside from expensive figures there isn't much merchandise to buy for extra fan credit, though I did watch Skye Bennett's streams if that counts for fan credit.

This is why you play the PSP versions instead.

Except the PSP localization of FC spells a few things wrong.

And Sky 3rd didn't get localized on PSP

You'll need to emulate PSP for the Crossbell games anyway unless you wanna jump through the hoops of buying the PC versions and then patching them in English.

I would still say your a fan, not playing the series doesnt mean you dont really like it. You know a ton about it, that doesnt change with your have or not having played them all.

Although XS1 has some gruesome parts, like the beginning, god that is horrible your first time playing. Gnosis dealing max damage right to begin, cruelty.
