As much as I like Jade and Natalia, Luke kinda ruins it on ther other hand. I mean I don't like the kind of character who experiences a 100% change of personality out of the sudden because it feels very not authentic to me. I hope Black Week will offer the one or other thing... As for games I'm definitely interested in Kirby Star Allies and Animal Crossing New Horizons (both for Switch). Most people here would prolly just kill him. Or miss him, actually. He isn't really the same as Asreil. Asriel is kind of shown as a lost soul whereas Esteban is misguided. Whereas Shura just has black hair with white hair surrounding it. ____________ Anyways, I've reached the first intermission of Valkyria Chronicles 4 so i got some early thoughts. -Being able to fast forward enemy phases is a Godsend honestly. I didn't mention it before but enemy phases in VC1 could be pretty slow. -I like that tank movement only requires one CP now. I do see the nerf in regards to the anti-tank shells, which they now have limited ammo as opposed to infinite. But I'll take that nerf in exchange for more flexibility with CP usage. -Early game snipers are actually good, yes. -Ch.2 was an actual Fog of War map in a game designed around Fog of War. This was not as cringe as it sounded, I like this map. -I do like the premise of the plot. Most SRPGs are "aw shit, we're being invaded, gotta push them out of our country" and then VC4 is like "BLITZKRIEG BABYYYY". -I also like the added QoL of being able to see when you're one level away from learning a new Order or Potential. -I will say that some parts of the game still feel too slow for my liking. I didn't mention this before but one thing I didn't like about Valkyria Chronicles was how slow the Order cutscenes are. It was cool the first time but there's literally no way to skip them. In Valkyria Chronicles 4, the Order cutscenes are even longer somehow. And still no way to skip them unless it's a "you can only skip it after you use it the first time". -In general, the UI and such still feels kinda slow to navigate. -Also I'm guessing this is just for early game but I looked at the abilities of the new recruits and literally all of them were trash. Like Literally what kind of ability is this? And I don't have the screenshot but Farrier there on the list wears a fucking knight helmet, which is raw, but then her abilities are like "she can't fucking see, she hates being near people so being near anyone lowers her defense", etc. Like, who let you in the army? To unlock them you need to deploy the characters Paralogues are in groups of 3, and iirc only using one of the 3 characters needed for the paralogue should unlock it.
