Italy in this timeline is still a punching bag and drags down their allies. So basically what happened is that, A-H decided to pour their armies south into Italy. And France did the same. A token French force retook the Alsace-Lorraine since all the Germans armies were swarming over Tyrol and Bohemia. So everyone was racking up War Score due to decimating Italy, so... they could quickly force the German-Italian alliance into peace terms. So much for the not-yet-fascist axis... My contribution was... somewhat minor. I had a fleet on the Horn of Africa which I sent to intercept a German fleet heading into the Red Sea. We clashed there as my forces in East Africa sieged down Djibouti, which is in German hands. Then the A-H fleet also went down to the Red Sea and combined we sunk that German fleet. I added a war goal to take Djibouti and... well, got it, too. Things had been quite peaceful in Europe... so I guess it wasn't to last, haha. But once Great Wars unlock, things will really get interesting... And France didn't had to wait that long to recover Alscace-Lorraine, taking advantage of it all, haha.
