I think this is also the first time they show someone enjoying it but still fainting anyway. Before it was just straight up fainting, or managing to remain awake but still finding the taste not to their, well, taste, or did enjoyed it and remained awake. So yeah, also a fresh take on it, heh.

I don't think so. I remember playing one of the DS games, but the series really went downhill before long, and none of them were cool puzzle platformers like the GBA one. Maybe I'll check out the GB one.

I mean, if it delivers on that as it's focus, sure.

I do note they went on about other modes being available to it as well. You'd hope they focus on the aspect they're trying to sell.

And it's not enough to make the roster "balance" acceptable to me.

Or to convince me the music's that amazing.

Or the gimmick maps that piss me off 60% of the time.

Or that Anaankos doesn't just frustrate me as a villain with his everything.

Point being the sum of Rev is less than it's parts for me.
