Sooks joining the ''Trust me it's good'' crowd?

My reasoning isn’t trust me, I don’t see how it ruins the game to give a little overview of the core concept. Which Armagon and I already did in this thread, so I guess he agrees with me.

But yes it’s good.

But this implies they’ve done this in more than one game?

@Armagon

Turns out the Internet Archive has the magazine issue with the short 2009 interview in which the above was said.

Thank those who do the menial work of preserving humanity's vast record in cyberspace.

Oh, and another Kamitani interview can be found as part of a Muramasa preview found in this article. In case you're so interested.:

I got some free time in my schedule and finally watched No Time to Die. When “We have all the time in the world” started playing at the beginning of the movie I already thought the movie would be special. Hans Zimmer was very well inspired by the OHMSS soundtrack. Daniel Craig went out with a bang. Jeffrey Wright is great in the short screen time he is in, and the characters on the protagonist's side are cool. The first hour and a half of the movie is gripping and I wanted the movie to maintain that level.

Unfortunately, the film suffers from the same problems as its predecessor, being unnecessarily long and trying desperately to tie loose ends, with the results being mixed to say at least. There were several moments during the movie where I thought “Well, that was easy”, “Well, that was convenient”, “Well, that was disappointing” and “Well, that was dumb”. The movie's biggest problem is certainly the villains, which are one of the worst in the franchise. If someone told me that they managed to waste Rami Malek, I wouldn't believe it. But given how they managed to waste Cristoph Waltz in the previous film, I just resigned to fate.

So yeah, it's not as good as Casino Royale and Skyfall, but it's not as bad as Quantum of Solace and Spectre. At least it was a better ending to an era than Diamonds are Forever, A View to Kill and Die Another Day.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to get back to my assignments. See you next week.

Is this the longest Bond opening?

Reflecting the rest of it by your criticism of the length. This is no comment on the song, Billie Eilish is good.

Mmkay, I completed the 1st half of Zero Dimension arc, and I had to use pretty much all my items to survive, i'd say i'm on the right track!

Nope. Even Writing's on the Wall is longer.

I've not played as much lately because I've been feeling a bit burned out. Natural, seeing how I replayed it almost immediately after my first run. But... Damn, I'm almost done with Vandal Hearts 2 again. Only four main maps left, and I think one or two secret maps. Then I'll have finished the game, on advanced mode, 100%. This'll make this one of the few games I've 100%ed.

All I can say is, it's been getting my heartfelt recommendation since I started it, pretty much, and it still gets it. What a game.

Also tomorrow I go hiking again. Hopefully the whole "become a god of walking and run ahead of everyone else without breaking a sweat" phase everyone's told me about will begin soon.

🚫♨️ = 🙁

😆

I decided to do some skimming through my old one and only childhood magazine now that I realize the Internet has many of the later issues that I had once so fondly read, yet remember so little of.

What I should be feeling, is the agony of age. That all this is so ancient, I should be greatly lamenting the fact that I lived and read this stuff fresh out of the physical mailbox. But, I'm not. I'm smiling, giggling.

  • Glancing over the many ordinary and mediocre video games that have fallen by the wayside out of anyone's memory.
  • Laughing at articles written for some of those inferior games lolKH358/2 magazine cover.
  • Realizing I much prefer digital for game reviews (not that paper reviews really exist anymore). Because a lack of physical page count restrictions means all reviews can go in full depth, even digital results in a lot of the shovelware and lesser games going unreviewed.
  • Feeling nostalgia towards those games I delightfully played back then (e.g. Devil Survivor), and those that I only later came to savor (e.g. Infinite Space).
  • Looking at individual titles and thinking about the futures that had not yet been written for their respective franchises- sorry about your destinies Silent Hill and Sakura Wars!😛

It's quite the mix of thoughts and emotions.😄

Something about it has to be sparking a joy in you clearly. And why should it be agonising? Would you treat newspapers from the period similarly? These are comments from a past, but that past contributes to now in a way, even if it was ineffectual in that 😛.

So… one of the protagonists in 13 Sentinels is actually just straight up gay? Or bisexual, at the very least? This is very based, especially for a Japanese game.

Wow, it was bad enough that it got you to willingly retrieve an image of Worst Character?

  • Characters are being OOC
  • Military ladies fighting over MC like they are school kids, even though one of the ladies was a wingwoman outside of her route
  • A bruh death
  • MC acting like an idiot and thinking more with his lower part
  • ''Daughter left me so she ain't my daughter'' even though it was MC who told her to leave

stuff like that

Well, got an interview on Monday for another job prospect. I got a good feeling about this. It'd be a job involving using Solidworks. Got enough experience using that program under my belt...

As a self-proclaimed living-in-mountains expert, I'll tell you that drinking lots of water is crucial to such a goal.

I feel bad for the people tgat want to play KH on the switch. I've heard nothing but bad things about the ports, and it serves Nintendo right for thinking they could ever run those games as wellnas PS can.
