Mystery of the Emblem: Liberation. Genealogy: Light and Dark. Thracia: In search of Victory ~ Leif Binding Blade: For the Commanders. Beneath a New Light has the superior melody, but it took covers to properly bring it to life since the instrumentation is so terrible. Blazing Blade: Scars of the Scouring. Sacred Stones: Truth, Despair, and Hope. Path of Radiance: Side Battle, if that's not banned for being a cover that doesn't play in the proper campaign. If it is, then Ike's Resolution. Radiant Dawn: A Grasping Truth. Shadow Dragon: Footsteps of Fate. New Mystery: If enemy phase map themes count, then this would be a fierce battle between Those Who Dare to Change History and Murderous Puppets. If not, the former, obviously. Awakening: Conquest. Fates: Dusk Falls. Shadows of Valentia: Twilight of the Gods. Three Houses: God-Shattering Star, though in-game I don't actually like any of them due to how poorly-executed the Thunder versions are and how poor the game's volume optimisation is. I remember people arguing that FE3 Holy War was much better than the FE12 version, and I couldn't disagree more. The sombre tone and inclusion of Tiki's theme make it really good (though it still has to compete with Endless Battle, Those Who Dare to Change History and Liberation which are also really good).
