For context, London's Crystal Palace Park has dinosaur statues where parts are misplaced. Also of note, the person who revives fossils in Gen 8 is named Cara Liss... enough said. It's a meme that describes a certain set of Fate characters that look practically identical to Saber from Fate/Stay Night, with Nero being one of the more "egregious" examples of it.
