Making a Weapon Not Tradeable?

I noticed that hacks like Sacred Echoes make it so that you can’t trade certain basic weapons around while still keeping the trading system itself untouched. How is this done? I’d really like to have that in my project.

Assuming your builder is up to date, just use the search function and try typing trade as the search option.
