drattakbowser
I don't know Silver Snow can be the references of Fire Emblem Fates : Revelation
Punished Dayni
Honestly, it really isn't. It's treated from the start as a route where after choosing the Black Eagles you end up going against working with Edelgard, which puts Byleth in the arms of the Seiros faithful and fixes Byleth as their figurehead. There's no attempt to reconcile the conflicting wants and ideals of the three lords and Rhea, as this route rebukes Edelgard in particular but also seems to suggest that barring Dimitri's own wishes for retribution that there's not much to see of their views at all. There's the route doubling down on that by straight up skipping Gronder so that you only have an inkling as to the fallout if it was your first route. The ending chapters deal with an aftermath for Fodlan where the leaders of all three nations are lost and that this will form a united Fodlan, but one which very much keeps much of the pre-Insurrection status quo and the church's prominence and ability to influence the continent is maintained. This would seem all but a Golden route on that basis. It's also the mission layout used by AM and VW as the basis for their routes (As SS was one of the first routes), which would contradict the idea that this is a golden route from a map design perspective. drattakbowser
I think Corrin and Byleth is King/Queen just like previous game. And it's a route who we have a many revelation. The two route is main for me.
drattakbowser
If the route we have Edelgard, Dimitri and Claude. Could be Fates : Revelation ?

Dark Holy Elf
I dislike both Silver Snow and Revelation, but beyond the fact that I think both of them are badly-written and seem to miss the point of the things I like about both games, I don't think they have too much in common. Slyfox
Silver Snow sees the Kingdom, Alliance, Empire, Church and Agarthans all but decimated. Doesn't look so golden to me. Whereas Fates: Revelation seemingly has both Nohr and Hoshido take less losses than the other routes and also deals with the main hidden threat that those routes avoid. Tone is also very different.
