Mystery of the Emblem modern translation project

Hey all, I've decided to officially start a translation project for FE3. This project will use Shadow Dragon's script for book 1 to reserve the actual translation efforts for book 2. 
We currently need Developers, bug testers, Translators, and team leads. 
Long term and short term project goals have been written and pinned for all team members to see.

Additionally, what're the responsibilities and requirements for "Developers, bug testers, Translators, and team leads"?

Finally, what do you bring to the team? Why should anyone join you rather than doing it themselves?
