Actually you can revive vote him, almost everyone has called for their own votes back. I can’t vote for Nils, after removing him that would be rather dishonest.

Actually, let me clarify, and especially with the low turnout, that you can revive vote your own characters. I've been doing it. You just need 4 other supporters. If the president vetoes a bill, Congress just needs more votes to pass it again - those who voted for it aren't suddenly obligated to vote against. Perhaps that confusion just came when the wording in the OP. When I say "5 different posters," I just mean that the same person can't issue multiple revives on the same character.

 

The only restriction, and this is one I didn't even think of, because it should be self-evident, is that you can't revive characters you personally removed. That would be gaming the system.

 

Speaking of which, revive Nasir, remove Kent, and add Balthus.

And I suppose to quote Ciphertul from earlier - you can't have one without the other. Remove Louise, add Ike, and revive Eirika.

 

Class polls added for locked characters. Not Ike though, since I couldn't figure out how to frame an Ike class poll in a way that isn't absurd and unnecessary.

 

Also not for Byleth and the House leaders, since whip sword, armor axe, infantry lance lord, and flying bow are pretty self-evident.

So to get this moving again and hopefully moving faster, I'm making two rule changes.

 

One, everyone gets one lock onto the roster. The original roster was meant to include DLC already, and it is larger than the total roster of the first game. To lock in, just remove someone and add yours in, including (locked by *your name). If they are already on the roster, you can just lock them.

 

Two, it now takes the consensus of 3 other posters, not 4, to get a character revived. So a revive now takes 4 votes. Eirika is thus immediately eligible for a revive. 

 

For example, I am removing Sanaki, adding & locking Nasir, and reviving Nephenee.
