Nope.

Please take the time to read our rules again.  While there is an older thread, it falls under necroposting rules.  Thus, posting a new thread was called for.  Whether or not anyone answers is another story, though.

don't know if there's any limitation as to what unit we can create, but assuming there's none, i'm copy-pasting my post in the "Self-insert yourself as a Hero" thread, and also creating a completely new one because i recently finished reading Shonan Junai Gumi and GTO and i fell in love with these works and, most importantly, its characters

- = superbane (don't know how they work, sorry if they don't make sense)

Weapon: Spiritual Spear
16 Mt, +3 Res.
If unit's HP is equal to/higher than 50%, grants +4 Atk/Spd/Def/Res to unit during combat, and also if unit is exactly 2 spaces away from an ally, grants Dodge to unit during combat.
If unit's HP is equal to/higher than 25% and is adjacent to an ally, grants +3 Atk/Spd/Def/Res to adjacent allies during combat, and unit takes 4 damage after ally's combat.

Special Skill: Glacies
A Skill: Spd/Res Unity
B Skill (Personal): Protect what Matters
Reduces damage from foe's first attack by X during combat. (X = 25% x number of allies within 2 spaces, max 75%)
If unit's HP is lower than 25% and is not adjacent to an ally, unit recovers 50% HP at start of turn.
C Skill: Rouse Spd/Res

 

maybe this would end up being broken, maybe it wouldn't, but i had fun trying to come up with how i would work as a FEH character anyway

Unit attacks twice (even if foe initiates combat). 
When unit's HP is equal to/less than 50%, or if foe initiates combat, grants Atk/Def/Res+6 during combat and Special cooldown charge +1 per attack.
(If using other similar skill, only highest value applied.)
At start of turn, if unit is within 2 spaces of an ally, inflicts Atk/Def-5 on foes within 3 spaces of unit.

Special Skill: Ignis
A Skill: Atk/Def Catch 4
B Skill (Personal): Pure Love Gang!
If unit is within 2 spaces of an ally, neutralizes penalties to unit's Atk/Def and bonuses to foe's Atk/Def during combat.
If unit is within 2 spaces of support ally and support ally's HP is less than 100%, reduces damage from attacks during combat and from area-of-effect Specials (excluding Røkkr area-of-effect Specials) by 40%.

Mark

Wandering Tactician

Weapon:

 "Flame Mine" from FE7 (So a Red Dagger-type I guess), that Mark throws like a grenade at the enemy. (We have missiles and machine guns with the mechs so I think we can get away with Mark having essentially fantasy-molotovs.), maybe it has a "Enemy cannot counter" effect if Mark attacks first (or Mark has a skill to that effect) since Mines interrupt enemy movement in FE7.

Special Skill:

"Light Rune", When Mark attacks an enemy with it charged, they can't move at all for one turn afterwards, so a situational ability that prevents an powerful enemy from moving. 

So he can get a free hit in as well as slow down an advancing enemy by essentially denying that enemy a turn.

No idea how balanced he'd be but I think it sounds potentially interesting.

As for dialogue/characterization, while I'm not too sure what all it would be, I would like if Mark is portrayed as a bit of a pragmatic Tactician (his game is the one with mines in it after all) and maybe if there's a bit of drama in his forging bonds due to him essentially seemingly abandoning anyone when FE6 happened.

Light Rune could work more like Obstruct, but the special idea is kind of neat too.

Mine could prevent enemy follow-ups, since they attack once but are then stopped.

Title: Alm's Avenger
Weapon: Spear of Mila (blue)
Skill: She should have firesweep plus deep wounds from her weapon.

Background: I imagine a world where Fallen Celica slays Alm, and Faye takes vengeance by allowing herself to be possessed by Mila. Thus her obsession with Alm doesn't end, but she is more crazed and violent than usual.

Mythic Gotoh: Divine Archsage: Blue Tome Infantry: (Astra)
HP:38  Atk:42  Spd:16  Def:22  Res:44

Weapon: Starlight: 16 MT: Grants res +3. If foes res is lower then units res, unit makes garunteed followup attack. Disables non-Special skills that "reduce damage by X%."

Special: Luna

A: Mirror Impact

B: Lull Atk / Res 3

Pref C skill: Lightsphere: If unit initiates combat, disables the activation of foes special skills.

Basically ignores damage reduction effects entirely on player phase as a reference to how starlight was the only spell that could break Gharnef's invincibility. Turns the spd check for double attacks into his res stat instead. And a C skill thats just a bit of flavor with the lightsphere. Since it disabled critical hits, disabling special activation was the closest I could think of. I still hope he ends up as a mythic candidate at some point.

Then watch as her Confession has her suddenly become obsessed with Kiran like Regular Faye.

I think it'd be cool if they made her a Harrier maybe since that's an exclusive flying class to Echoes and we already have Falcon Knights.

The Bone Axe itself gives +3 res and...probably some other benefit. The ability to walk on mountains, inflicts panic, follow-up on foes who can't counter-attack...I don't really know to be honest, but I image it would be inheritable so it can't be too crazy.

Here's an idea I kind of like for Gilliam.

Weapon: Silent Lance. If unit's defense > foe's defense +3, unit attacks twice (even if foe attacks, unit attacks twice). Cannot be inherited.

A Slot: Atk/Def Oath 1/2/3

B Slot: Wary Fighter 1/2/3

C Slot:

His personal weapon is a neat play on weapons like the Meisterschwerz, or at least I think it is. You get the dual-phase brave effect, but instead of giving it to you for free it requires you to focus on his strengths a bit. I also had an idea for his Christmas variant, which is admittedly mostly for the pun.

Weapon: Caroling Tome. If within 2 tiles of an ally, neutralizes penalties to Atk/Spd/Def/Res and neutralizes penalties to Atk/Spd/Def/Res for allies within 2 tiles. If adjacent to an ally, +3 Atk/Spd/Def/Res and +3 Atk/Spd/Def/Res to adjacent allies.

Assist: Sing

Special: Glacies

A Slot: Fortress Resistance 3

B Slot: Atk Feint 3

C Slot: Joint Drive Defense

I wasn't actually aware until just now that Harrier's learned Magic, I thought they were just Falcon Knights with more stats.

I would personally prefer a Lance, if only because I like Lances and I made Faye a Pegasus Knight on my playthrough and am still annoyed that she's currently locked to bows. (Though magic would be fine.)

That's a big thing that annoys me about Heroes actually, they invent reasons to put characters with weapons/classes they never actually touched, yet Echoes, which does have a bunch of potential classes/weapon types for characters, has barely any alts. (So no Swordmaster Brave Kliff or Brave Mage Tobin and I think Awakening/Fates also might also have this problem.)

I'd rather have that than giving Eliwood a Lance (That he never uses) then calling it "Ninis' Lance" because hey clap it's the name of a character in FE7 who didn't actually have a unique Lance...even though Eliwood can get Axes and giving him one would make more sense.

Well, technically Eliwood can use lances but is unable to use axes, at least in FE7. That said, I overall stand in agreement with you. I like characters getting weird and fancy new weapon types for their alts, but I also think a lot of characters who could reasonably have several weapon and movement types go underutilized. Why are Tobin and Grey both sword infantry while Kliff gets to actually enjoy his multiple promotion options?

Could have sworn he learns axes on promotion, I guess I was wrong.

Since I am such a fan of Conquest, may I make another suggestion:

Name: Peri
Title: Wannabe Ninja
Weapon: Cosplay dagger (Colourless)
Skill: Fury 4, Desperation 3

This Peri comes from world where Nohr and Hoshido conduct low-scale operations against each other. Thus in the absence of open conflict, assassins, spies and thieves are the norm.

Weapon: Aspirant Tome, unit can counter-attack regardless of distance. When refined with +(eff), this weapon targets the lower of the foes defense/resistance when countering from one range.

Like Peri, this Beruka comes from an Assassin World. She specialises in countering from distance

Just came up with a concept for another archanea mythic.

Medeus: Shadow Dragon: Dark Mythic

Colorless armor dragon: Stats: 45 HP, 50 atk, 18 spd, 42 def, 35 res

Pref Weapon: Shadow Breath: 16 MT: If unit is within 2 spaces of an ally, and If unit's HP > 1 and foe would reduce unit's HP to 0, unit survives with 1 HP.  And after combat restores units HP by 50% of their maximum. After combat deals 30 damage to nearest ally if this triggers

Special: Ignis

A: Fierce Stance 4

B: Dragon's Ire

C Shadow Dragons Menace: Inflicts atk/spd/def/res -3 on foes within 3 spaces for every ally within 2 spaces of unit. Maximum penalty of -9

Basically a defense mythic who applies constant debuffs just by existing. And a weapon with a custom built miracle effect as a reference to the final chapter in FE 3 and new mystery. Where if you dropped his HP to 0, he would just kill off one of the clerics you had to rescue first.

While being an incredibly threatening enemy phase unit in general who just hits for insane amounts of damage if you aren't careful and just blindly rush him. And him getting weaker if his allies go down first.

To do justice to Mathilda from Echoes....

Weapon: Blessed Lance (eff against beast, dragons + Renewal effects)
Skill: Boots allies attack against beasts and dragons

This Mathilda comes from a world where Mathilda takes a major role in inspiring the Deliverance and acts as a advisor to Alm.
