Thoughts on Offense vs Defense in gaming

Like you, I like defensive play. I find it more interesting to react to people to outplay them than to be the aggressor. Partly it comes from being generally a little pessimistic, expecting to fail when I play on offense. Generally I'd rather have a more accurate analysis of the information in front of my eyes (which countering gives me) than just attacking from a blank slate.  while playing fire red walk through cheats the main problem with powerful defensive systems is that it discourages people from attacking. If it's advantageous to be on the defense, then the first guy to attack will lose (all other things equal). You don't really want that in a system because it will be boring to play.
