How to unlock Hector mode without playing through Eliwood mode all over again on MGBA

So, i'd like to know how I should go about this on with the MGBA emulator, thanks in advance!

I think you'd need a save file to do that, which you can then use the "Use alternate save function" on it. (Once mGBA is open, click on File->Use Alternate Save-> Select the save file).

I do have a save file that could help you, but I won't have access to it until the 26th; I'll send it to you if nobody else can get you one before this.

Fire Emblem WOD has some game saves in their downloads page. The one they have for FE7 has everything unlocked, and can be found here:

Do note the site is in Spanish, but if need be you can copy that link and paste that into the main Google Translate page to help you find the right link.
