Perhaps there's some Japanese-only source hiding in a magazine or the like on the topic? A long shot, but you never know. Google Translate is pretty good with a little bit of massaging and checking with Japanese-speakers (translating "Tei" as "Zheng" is funny though), but as far as I know, nobody's done a real translation yet.
