Is there a way to disable the mouseover text in the text editor? It's getting really annoying!

When using the text editor on this site, I've begun noticing this pop up message that says "Enter your text; hold ctrl and right click for more options" every single freaking time I move the cursor. It's getting really freaking annoying, and I'd really like to disable it. Please tell me that's an option or will be in the future!?
