Belisarius
it adds a 0.15 to each growth, its still good but in maddening your tactics and useful skills are more important imo
FashionEmblem
So, in fixed growths you effectively accumulate growth points until a stat reaches 100% then you gain your point, and you start the cycle again with any excess rolled over. For example, a 60% growth gets you a level up every two levels (50%), and after 10 levels you will see two consecutive gains in that stat (10% x 10 levels). Tiki adds 15% to growths, so you gain stats a bit sooner. It's actually kind of nice because on fixed growths you are guaranteed the benefit—if you have it on a single character for a while you're eventually giving them stat boosters to all their stats. The most noticeable change is to build, where you often go from 5-10% growths to 20-25%, so from 1/20-1/10 to 1/5-1/4. I would say it's not worth spending SP to inherit, but you can stick Tiki on a character you think benefits most from the favoritism. For example, Chloé has been my biggest user of Tiki since 1) she needs the build and 2) early-game flier pays off well with favoritism.
