I know in fates attack stance has hit rates, but does dual strike have the same thing after triggering or is it purely just damage after activation? Say the pair up partner has 0% hit on a swordmaster but like 100 dmg, when dual strike triggers will it be a whiff or a kill? Also if true, could I possibly see some video evidence of the occurrence? I've been searching around for a while and even though the fandom.com wiki says it has a hit rate, nothing else seems to have information about it and i wouldn't trust that site with a cent.
