Godzilla Against MechaGodzilla is my favorite Godzilla movie right now.

Unfortunately, the sequel, Tokyo S.O.S, did not live up to expectations. It was still entertaining to watch but they made a major mistake by not having the protagonist of the last movie be in this one.
