If somebody else said what you want to already, quote them explicitly. +/- ≤1 point extra regarding personality/appearance is encouraged, but no more. If you exercise your bias privileges, please do so explicitly. Also, if your vote is already a 10/10 or greater than 9 and you give a full point of bias, The score may not exceed 10! - Numerical votes out of 10, or something proportional to it. Make it easy to calculate for my sake. - Every ranking phase ends from 2100 to 2200 EST. Every ranking phase starts from 2200 EST to 2300 EST. Do the math if you are in another timezone! - I will insist you do not use the "Not X" reason on any character, where X is another unit. If you do, your vote will be thrown out. - "Recruits X" or "takes you to X chapter" arguments are explicitly banned. C'mon, people, this shouldn't need to be a rule. That's not gameplay performance. - Assume that the character in question is being recruited. - Similar to the "Recruits X" rule, do not use "He Comes with a Free Ridersbane" as an argument. - Rate the character based on his/her performance without the Rainbow Potion, Maturity Drop or Bond Drop - I withhold the privilege to tell you your rating is bogus and demand you revise it if it breaks any of the above. I will not throw out votes anonymously, you will be informed and given a chance to revise. Sorry for my lack of updates here... Anyways, We have Barst to Rate today! He is a solid axe unit! He has a slow start but escalates into something great... Gets a 9.5/10 for me with a +1 Bias Point Factored In! Low Mov hurts his leveling opportunities, and after Chapter 10X he probably has to promote or sit the bench, or else his existence is threatened. 6/10. Gryz Posted May 4, 2012 Share Posted May 4, 2012 DAMMIT! Oh well, I just missed the deadline (which was even extended), but Barst needs moar wuv. BADASS BARST!!! Well... unfortunately, unlike Shadow Dragon, he has much greater competition when he joins. He has good bases for his level. His growths are a bit meh, but they are good in Pirate. Well, truth be told, almost everyone has good growths in Pirate, but Barst has the benefit of not having to start at stinky poo-poo E-rank axes. I used Barst in my Lunatic run and don't regret it, and plan to use him in the Lunatic Reverse run that I will get around to eventually (with the bonus of Arms Scroll instantly kicking him up to C-rank for armor smashin' fun). Speaking of pirates, why couldn't he have joined as one!? It would make sense considering his Shadow Dragon character ending. He could have been placed among the enemy Pirates in chapter 4 and even Ogma is there to recruit him. Pirate is an awesome class and it's a damn shame we have to wait all the way to Darros to get another Pirate/Berserker reclass slot. Bleh. Oh... AND HE COMPLETES THE AXEMAN TRIANGLE ATTACK!!!1!! ...
