I don't know. They have translated songs into English before in other Atlus games before. And of course we have our own example of Azura's song in Fates. Besides, they also have to consider whether or not potential buyers might be turned off by hearing a bunch of songs they can't understand. Won't exactly help a game that will likely be niche.

Looks like Corrin/Kamui's endings vary at least a bit more than they did in Awakening. That's good to know.

I wouldn't mind Matt Mercer doing more than one role. However, I will admit that I'll be a bit disappointed if he does both Xander and Ryoma. I'd like to see a bit more variety and there are surely enough actors that can pull off at least one of the big brothers. As for Elise and Sakura, I ain't got a clue. Neither of them sounded familiar to me. Edit: Also, Hana sounded like either Lauren Landa or Michelle Ruff to me.

Actually, Liam O'Brien was my first thought when listening to Takumi. It does kind of sound like that gravelly voice he uses for characters like Gaara.

I just imagine him with his Edward Elric voice....or Spirit from Soul Eater.

I'm half expecting Vic Mignogna to be Subaki. Don't know if I've ever heard of Dan Green doing Los Angeles roles though.

I wouldn't be surprised if Pieri was changed to Harley. That's an easy reference for those who know it. Wouldn't be shocked if Westley became Lazward's name. For Matoi, I wouldn't be surprised if it was something like Orihime. Keeps the Japanese theme for her Hoshidan origins and has a similar theme to Cordelia.

I'd say Cam is fair game right now, given he was just in another JRPG a couple months ago in Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker.

I honestly liked it. Given how it's harder to translate a Japanese song than normal dialogue, I personally thought it was pretty good. She has a good voice at least.

Well, some games credit. Others don't. Awakening had the majority of its actors credited with their roles (though some like Laura Bailey and Travis Willingham were uncredited). Radiant Dawn had a list of actors but no roles attached. Tales of Symphonia had its actors credited but no Tales game has done it ever sense, leading to a lot of guesswork by the fanbase.

We seem to do a lot of weird things with VA's in America, a far cry from Japan. Heck, we don't even seem to credit our actors half the time.

Ryoma sounds like Matt Mercer to me, though I've heard some around think it's Crispin Freeman. As for Takumi, I've heard a few think it might be Ben Diskin.

I agree. It sounds like Cam Clarke to me. Which would be really funny since Katsuyuki Konishi is his JPN voice. That would mean Xander would have Lloyd Irving's JPN voice and Kratos Aurion's ENG voice.

I think we're all curious, but like she said, generally actors don't say much unless they know they're allowed to.

Hopefully some of the other actors might take to twitter sometime. Some of Tales of Zestiria's actors revealed their roles on twitter, so this would be nice.

Yeah, but I imagine you'd have to get at least pretty far into translation to have all the voice work completed, even for a game that uses limited voice acting like Fire Emblem does when you take into account all the CG cutscenes.
