Afaik Anna is not in Gaiden.
Besides, having Jake would be legit, IMO. It's because he is for diehards that makes his inclusion as a fanservice unit legit. New fans can think "Cool, a guy with ballistician as him main class!" and older fans can simply enjoy the cameo.
I would be okay with it.
But only if Jake/Anna makes the most OP Little Anna.Anyway, I'd say it's clear that this Anna is not the Anna from Awakening. She seems to be much sweeter.
Considering how big the FE fanbase had grown due to awakening, only like 1 out of like 10,000 would know who Jake is.
-
Rinka isn't as bad as some are making her out to be, having 45 str growth (adding shura and oni savage growths with her base) and 60 growth in spd and def, is pretty beastly
-
Great Merchant is possibly the worst of Anna's final classes, having both lowest Speed of all her possible natural classes and has the minimum possible Magic cap at 25. She can do much better as a Strategist or Adventurer.
The best thing she can do as a Great Merchant is to have Extravagance, Copycat, Easy Life and Fortune and hope her opponent gets the joke before they inevitably double her to death
Yeah you're right, having her stick to Great Merchant is actually a bad idea, with 27 cap speed, definitely don't want her to stay in that class, it's good for growths but beyond that not so much.
-
How could anyone make Anna anything other than a Great Merchant?
Dat 35% HP and 20% DEF tho.
The HP Growth is pretty much the same for everyone, Only a handful have 40 and higher, Just look at the growths of everyone and you'll see that low hp growths is quite common. Low defense is quite common too, averaging to about 30, but Anna is definitely on the lower end for defense growths though. Even if you class her as a general, you'll be looking at 40% growth for defense.
But yeah, Great Merchant is definitely Anna's best choice for her natural classes, but if married to Kamui, she has better options to make use of her really high mag growth

If you are doing DLC, however (which you are clearly doing if you have Anna), Treasure of the Ruins is far more effective than either Midoriko or Anna. Midoriko with Easy Life can get, at maximum, 4200G per map. That's only a fraction of what you can obtain on a single run of Treasure of the Ruins. Unless you are absolutely adamant not to do the DLC maps more than once, it's better to just play Treasure of the Ruins when you need money and you'll get more money than Midoriko will make you in four chapters, letting you save those Gold Coins for abusing Extravagance.
Athough, Anna is a much better money maker than Midoriko, because she can be obtained right before chapter 7, she has the skill immediately, and continues to build funds for the entire battle and even on enemy phase.
As for Anna's class, I've made her a Strategist, as the caps fit her growths well. She's not very flexible without skill purchases, but considering how many people love her and are going to marry Kamui to her, I don't think it will be very long before we can get find all kinds of skills up for purchase.
Right now, Copycat Puppet, Extravagance, Pass, Servent's Joy and Kunaibreaker/Tomebreaker as a Strategist, Adventurer or possibly even Maid is a balanced and practical option for in game and is more or less the best she can get from her natural three class sets alone.
Looking at her as strategist, the best tome she can use is the Rainarok. Which has the same stats as the Shining Bow, but has a much worst penality. -2 mag and skill per usage, can make it quite a pain, without swapping tomes every turn, with a constant cycle of lesser damage. While the Shining Bow's only weakness is that it can't crit, but with the right setup you won't need to crit. As an adventurer, her damage would be more consistent and reliable.
Making her a Maid with Felicia's Ice Tray would make her a reliable debuffer, with decent damage, due to her really high magic growths.
Probably the best way to make use of her magic growths is to either make her a sorceress or witch.

Still...it is intriguing to design Anna this way just to show that to forgive her. -.- It's still a mystery why Jake isn't around anymore even though he'd be an excellent DLC character to make Ballistian his starting class.
Making this game having skinship is something that is what Fire Emblem isn't what it's all about. Sure it's a shipping series, but not to this level. lol ...Or all together...having your M avatar having an S support with her leaves something to tell that this isn't the same Anna from last game since the one from last game is already married! Plus the S support with her is the only way that she can get other skills outside of her class options and can only get Aether with her own class options as her only attack skill. Makes sense since she could use Aether upon Awakening! lol
Cause he's not important enough. Only diehards really know or care about him. Anna on the other hand, is the unofficial mascot, who appeared on every main game. It's only natural that she's going to continue to be playable from now on.
-
Heck, I'm just psyched that Midoriko finally has competition in the money making department. ;3
Even higher potential in that department, cause of Get Rich Quick, lol

Out of her natural classes, for physical use, Merchant is her best bet for growths, and obviously strategist for magic growths. Her magic growth is naturally high, so she's very potent with the shining bow usage. She has an excellent pool of skills to pull from as well.
Since Kamui is the only one she can marry, what class would she most benefit from? Lancer would be a good choice to supplement Great Merchant.
Holy Lancer

Not too bad, very well rounded, and odds are she'll gain 1 point to any of the stats every other level. And adding useful skills such as Breaking Sky and Flamboyant to her skill set would be a welcome edition. And she can make excellent use of the Shinrai Naginata (magic lance).
what do you think would make for a good ending class for Anna, and what class should she get from Kamui? and what would her skill be like?
-
Explains why the amount of Anna's exists which are actually the real Anna's and Jake's daughters.
Different Anna as Tooru already pointed out!
Kinda doubt that all of them are across the multi-verse. especially when some of the times overlap. But it could very well be true, that they were the Adam and Eve of Anna's, lol
-
Oh he did? didn't notice, lol
-
The Anna with green numbers is the one in the DLC map. Her (and enemies') stats are variable. She is a Lv18 Adventurer between chapter 26&27. If you play this DLC earlier, you will see an Anna with less level.
The Anna that joins us is always a Lv10 Outlaw.
I know that, I was referring to her lvl 10 outlaw stats.
She's suppose to have 23HP 9STR 11 MAG, 10SKL 14 SPD 15 LCK 6 DEF and 15 RES. but his Anna has 25HP 12 STR 10 MAG 10 SKL 16 SPD 10 DEF and 13 RES
-
Maxed Adventurer Anna.I thought that she'd start off as in the Chapter with all caps. Guess she's losing her touch. Why is she more adorable in this game? She can be the cycle of Bowman/Rod Knight. She can have sex with the male avatar. Anna, you dirty slut. What about last game?! D:<Gonna do this S support next Nohr run.Bowman promotion as well as Adventurer with a Master Seal.
Wait... how come her starting stats in your file different from her actual bases? O_O
-
Anna is awesome though it makes me miss Jake kinda wish one of these games with marriage mechanics would give us both so we could marry them...
Jake means nothing to me, I always marry Anna, ALWAYS, lol
-
Step 1: Marry Anna
Step 2: Have a Kanna
Step 3: ?????
Step 4: Profit
-
The only way to get more maids is to have them marry Kamui with rodknight as a secondary.
And since Anna just got released, there's another natural Maid for your list of maids.
-
Sad. In a girl file I'd like myself & Aqua cosplaying Lucina xD
The just buy the DLC, it's just a couple of dollars
-
Okay I figured it out, gotta make sure it doesn't post as a link, just gotta unlink it if it automatically make it a link.
-
I dunno, I just post the link & it becomes that. Hm.
Weird, but Oh well, if anyone know the answer, lemme know!
But anyways.... ANNA! xD
-
Let's put it this way, Free DLC is limited to once per file, and Paid DLC is unlimited.
-
But on the DLC page, it says you only get the Emblems the first time, then Small Stones the rest of the time.
Only referring to the FREE dlc witch/ballistican class change.
-
Class change items are unlimited, just keep running the map as many times as you want.

Here's a show case of a maxed out Anna

OMG, Anna with a Shining Bow is just as godly as I thought she'd be <3
What's the BBS code for videos on these forums?
-
Omega did the DLC for Anna :3
lol just as I predicted! haha
But Anna <3333 Man, she's so trolly in that map lol. Felt like she wasn't just trolling the enemies but you as well. lol
Question though, I know Anna's outlaw model looks a bit different, but does Anna's Adventurer model look different from other female adventurers? I notice her model is quite unique as an Adventurer, especially that large bow on the back.
-
Anna comes with an Arms Scroll and no special skills outside of Locktouch and Move+1
What about her personal skill? considering it was datamined that she'd have Get Rich Quick, unless she doesn't have it from the start.
