But I'm on 2.6 though. And I was able to do this at least a couple of weeks ago. So, even if my hax managed to magically update itself without me knowing, I was still able to do it before 2.7 was released.
Can anyone confirm a Birthright with Conquest and Revelations DLC will work with everything?

Physical cartridge + hans is the easiest.
And this will give me all the features, right? Able to buy DLC (including other version + revelations), get online, better translations, accessories and voices, etc?
-
It will if it's cfw. It's also very complicated to do so.
Eh, so then what's the most optimal/easy way to patch? Use a physical cartridge as well as what patching program?

Will this work on the game downloaded from the eshop?
If so, could I have a set of instructions for doing so?

Will buying a Japanese Special Edition and then English Patching it allow it to be played on my English 3DS?
And will doing so cause any of the Wi-fi/Spotpass functions to be unavailable?
Also, will I need to also patch the menu patch from the other thread in order to make it fully English or does this patch include the menu one?

HANS does work with digital games.
It though cannot load additional content for games(DLC and etc).
Aw, so that means if we use this patch we can't get any of the DLC nor Anna?

See op: Tutorial for HANS users in works.
OoT is Ocarina of Time (the game), .cia is a type of installer file for the 3DS (think stuff downloaded from eshop), and CFW is a custom firmware that people under 9.2 can use to, well, "enhance' their 3DS.
If you're a beginner we recommend HANS, which is a Homebrew option.
Ah, so they're in the process of writing a tutorial? I'll wait then.
Does HANS need firmware 9.2 and under?

Is there anyone who can link or give a complete tutorial on how to patch this for beginners? I'm not sure what to do with all the Oot and CIA and CFW acronyms flying around, and I don't know what they stand for.

Do you think a NA Version of FEF patched with these patches or a Japanese FEF version patched with the translation patch offers more features?
I'd guess we'd be unable to access online multiplayer and DLC with the japanese-translated FEF? But the NA patched FEF would not have the amie?
