I weighed all of those options down, and I finally come to a conclusion that Wind Boost can be better than Darting blow. For one, I realise that it (well, both, actually) stack with Hones, which helps a ton during at least a round a combat. It's pretty common for her to have more HP than her opponent at full, even without the Seal. To say it's basically useless is almost the same as saying that QR is when it also meets a very similiar requirement (granted, the former also depends on your opponent's HP). But the fact that she can double people like Ryoma and Camus like that really edges her out, to the point I felt like putting Vantage over Lancebreaker and QR. It's actually pretty scary.

oh yeah forgot to mention that Conditional Darting Blow has Enemy Phase going for it, which somewhat doubles as a QR supplement?

Vantage works a lot better on those with attack that's high enough to OHKO no matter what, or defenses so high you take 0 from everything

All I'm going to say is, as a unit, bride Charlotte isn't much to look at stat wise. You can do whatever you want, and I'm not going to try to argue with you or anything.
